A Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of seeking the Creditors’ approval to obtain his release as Liquidator in the above matter. The Meeting will be held at Hurst Morrison Thomson, 5 Fairmile, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 2JR, on 9 April 2003, at 10.00 am.
