In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 1256 of 2003 In the Matter of ACCQUIANT LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 12 Royal Crescent, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL50 3DA, presented on 21 February 2003 by McGraw-Hill International (UK) Limited of McGraw-Hill House, Shoppenhangers Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 2QL, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9 April 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 8 April 2003.
