NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Walkermead Leisure Limited (No 01184197) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 22 February 2000, pursuant to section 652A of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by the lease dated 6 May 1983 and made between Alex Tsitsis (1), Walkermead Leisure Limited (2), James Aylen Burgess (3) and Michael Pochin Marius Wright (4) situated at 4 Meeting Lane, Kettering, Northamptonshire, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 6 June 2002.
