Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company’s Creditors will be held at the offices of Deloitte & Touche, 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham NG1 3FG, on Tuesday 15 April 2003 at 11.00 am for the purposes of approving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and agreeing that the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
