THE A483 TRUNK ROAD (GRESFORD INTERCHANGE, WREXHAM) (DE-RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Environment, acting on behalf of the National Assembly for Wales, has made an Order under section 82(2) and 83(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to de-restrict that length of the A483 Swansea to Manchester Trunk Road (hereinafter referred to as “the trunk road”) at Gresford, in the county of Wrexham, which extends from a point 150 metres south of the pedestrian overbridge near Plas Action Road in a northerly direction from 1,320 metres, including the northbound and southbound on and off slip roads at Gresford Interchange. During a period of 6 weeks from 14 March 2003, a copy of the Order together with a plan may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours at the offices of Wrexham County Borough Council, Crown Buildings, Wrexham LL11 1WQ or may be obtained, free of charge, from the address below quoting Ref CZ 510-2-16-1.
