NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF REVISED PROPOSALS FOR A REPLACEMENT LOCAL PLAN
SOUTH SHROPSHIRE LOCAL PLAN

South Shropshire District Council have revised proposals for the replacement of the above plan. If and when these plan proposals are adopted they will form part of the Development Plan for South Shropshire. Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection, free of charge, at: (a) South Shropshire District Council Offices, Stone House, Corve Street, Ludlow, Shropshire. Monday to Thursday, 8.40 am to 5.15 pm, Friday, 8.40 am to 4.30 pm. (b) Bishop’s Castle Library, Enterprise House, Station Street, Bishop’s Castle SY9 5AQ. Monday 10.00 am to 2.00 pm, Tuesday and Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm, Saturday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. (c) Church Stretton Library, Church Street, Church Stretton, Tuesday 9.30 am to 7.30 pm, Thursday and Friday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, Saturday 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. (d) Cleobury Mortimer Library, 2 Lower Street, Cleobury Mortimer. Monday 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm, Wednesday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. (e) Craven Arms Library, School Road, Craven Arms. Tuesday and Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm, and 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm, Wednesday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. (f) Ludlow Library, 7-9 Parkway, Ludlow, Shropshire. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, Friday 9.30 am to 7.30 pm, Saturday 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. Objections to and representations in respect of the revised plan should be sent, in writing, to the Head of Planning and Building Control, Environment and Development, South Shropshire District Council, Stone House, Corve Street, Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 1DG, before 4.30 pm on 25 April 2003. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals. Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and sent to the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 25 April 2003, will have a right to have their objections considered at a Local Inquiry or Hearing. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals If no objections are received during the period given for making objections, South Shropshire District Council intends to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
