THE A3 GLA ROAD (KINGSTON ROAD) (WANDSWORTH) BANNED TURN TRAFFIC ORDER 2003

1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that, on 13 March 2003, it made the above-named Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order comes into force on 17 March 2003. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order is to prohibit any vehicle proceeding north-eastwards along The A3 GLA Road (Kingston Road) in the ahead only lane from turning left into Roehampton Lane (A306) in the London Borough of Wandsworth, once past the south-western apex of the splitter island. 3. The roads affected by the Order are indicated in paragraph 2. 4. A copy of the Order and a plan indicating the location and effect of the Order can be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published at the offices of: Transport for London, Street Management, Statutory Functions— Traffic Orders, 25 Eccleston Place, London SW1W 9NF; and London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, Wandsworth, London SW18 2PU. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers, or that any of the relevant requirements have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
