TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act, which will authorise the stopping-up of lengths of highway at Willington Grange, Willington, Derbyshire, measuring a total length of 297 metres. The stopping-up is authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to Mrs R Haywood by South Derbyshire District Council on 25 March 2002 under application No 9/2002/0093/U. Copies of the Order and relevant plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours at South Derbyshire District Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, Derbyshire DE11 0AH and may be obtained free of charge from the Government Office for the East Midlands, Transport, The Belgrave Centre, Stanley Place, Talbot Street, Nottingham NG1 5GG (quoting Ref EMCM 505035/1/242). Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks of 14 March 2003 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
