(formerly trading as The White Lounge) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Tomlinsons, St John’s Court, 72 Gartside Street, Manchester M3 3EL, on 25 February 2003, the following Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same be wound up voluntarily, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Alan H Tomlinson, of Tomlinsons, St John’s Court, 72 Gartside Street, Manchester M3 3EL, is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on the same date, the Resolution was ratified together with the appointment of Alan H Tomlinson, of Tomlinsons, St John’s Court, 72 Gartside Street, Manchester M3 3EL, as Liquidator of the Company.
