In the High Court of Justice  No 6166 of 1999 ANNE-MARIE HUCK Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that I, Keith David Goodman of Leonard Curtis & Co, One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 7LW, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above-named, intend to pay a First and Final Dividend to Creditors within 4 months from the last date for proving given below. Creditors who have not submitted a proof of debt are required to do so to the address given above on or before 24 April 2003, the last date for proving. I will only admit claims for Dividend that have been submitted on a proof of debt. This form can be supplied on request from the Trustee’s offices, and where appropriate should be supported by documentary evidence of the claim.
