In the Peterborough County Court  No 52 of 1986 JOHN RUSSELL HICKS (formerly in Bankruptcy) I, being the Trustee of the above-named Debtor, intend to declare and distribute a Final Dividend in the above matter. Creditors who have not proved their claims in the bankruptcy by 11 April 2003 will be excluded from the Dividend.
