THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 1998 (AMENDMENT   ) ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The effect of the Order would be: (a) to introduce Sunday waiting restrictions in Bromley Town Centre as specified in the Schedule to this notice; (b) to introduce additional “At Any Time” waiting restrictions in Anerley Road and Anerley Station Road, Anerley as specified in the Schedule to this notice; (c) to introduce additional waiting restrictions on the north-west side of Cottingham Road, Penge as specified in the Schedule to this notice. Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order. A copy of the proposed Orders and of the Orders being amended, the plans of the scheme and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environmental Services, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH, quoting Ref ADE(TP)/CC/T100/378 not later than 3 April 2003.
