THE STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAYS (LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET) ADASTRAL SOUTH ORDER 2002

The Borough Solicitor of the London Borough of Barnet hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping Up of Highways (Adastral Order 2002)” authorising the stopping-up of parts of Kenley Avenue; Metheringham Way; Spilsby Close; Ludford Close; Kiddington Way; Lanacre Avenue Subway; Kenley Avenue Subway; Victor Walk; Valiant Path; all south-west of Grahame Park at Adastral South, Colindale, London NW9, in the London Borough of Barnet. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Acting Head of Planning, Highways and Design, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, and from Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG, and may be inspected at that address between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of today’s date apply to the High Court.
