Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members of each of the above Companies, will be held at Yorkshire House, Greek Street, Leeds LS1 5ST, on 30 April 2003, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having accounts laid before them, and to receive the reports of the Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Companies have been conducted and their property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
