Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, will be held at 11.30 am on 15 April 2003, at the offices of KPMG, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent ST1 5TA, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidators.
