Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, on Thursday 17 April 2003, at 11.30 am, to be followed at 11.45 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the Company’s property disposed of and of hearing any explanation of it that may be given by the Liquidator. Considering the following Resolutions, that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account to 4 March 2003 be adopted, and that the Liquidator be granted his release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
