Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company, New House, Suite 24, 67-68 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JY on 7 May 2003 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purposes of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up.
