STOPPING-UP OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH AT COLT CLOSE, STREETLY, SUTTON COLDFIELD

Notice is hereby given of Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council’s intention to apply to the Magistrates sitting at Aldridge Magistrates’ Court, Rookery Lane, Aldridge, Walsall, at 10.00 am, on 16 April 2003, for an Order to stop up a public footpath adjacent to 21 Colt Close, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield, as shown coloured brown on a plan, a copy of which has been deposited and can be inspected, free of charge, at Engineering and Planning Services Reception, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Monday to Friday. The effect of the Order, if granted, will be to remove the right of the public to pass and repass over this land.
