NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Four Oaks Nurseries Ltd, Farm Lane, Lower Withington, near Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 9DU, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 2568003092 which authorises the abstraction of water from an area of land at Farm Lane, Lower Withington, at National Grid References SJ 8034 7044, SJ 8026 7042, SJ 8027 7052, SJ 8031 7054, SJ 80297073 and SJ 8044 7051 at Four Oaks Nurseries Ltd, Farm Lane, Lower Withington, Macclesfield, Cheshire. The variations being applied for are to take over the licence from Four Oaks Group Ltd and extend the current time limit. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with them may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Four Oaks Nurseries Ltd, Farm Lane, Lower Withington, between 28 February 2003 and 28 March 2003. Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Appleton House, 430 Birchwood Boulevard, Birchwood, Warrington WA3 7WD, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
