THE HILLINGDON (OAKS ROAD, STANWELL) WEIGHT RESTRICTION ORDER 2003

Hillingdon Council gives notice that, on 7 March 2003, it made this Order which will impose a weight restriction of 7.5 tonnes in Oaks Road, Stanwell, vehicles weighing more than 7.5 tonnes will be banned between a point 6 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Riverside Road and a point 6 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of the Southern Perimeter Road to Heathrow Airport. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 17 March 2003, can be seen at Harlington Library and at Level 3 reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Order can be obtained from Environmental Services, on 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
