THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 117) ORDER 2003 BOTWELL LANE, HAYES, CAMPION CLOSE, HILLINGDON

Hillingdon Council gives notice that, on 7 March 2003, it made this Order which will impose waiting and loading, waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads as shown in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 1 April 2003 can be seen at Hayes Library and at Level 3 reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Order can be obtained from Environmental Services, on 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made. Campion Close, Hillingdon, both sides, between the northern kerbline of Violet Avenue and a point in line with the north-western flank wall of No 8 Campion Close, Hillingdon. Violet Avenue, the north side, between a point 10 metres west of the eastern kerbline of Campion Close and a point 10 metres west of the western kerbline of Campion Close. Waiting Prohibited between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday Botwell Lane, the south side, from a point 4 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos 9 and 11 Botwell Lane, northwestwards for a distance of 64 metres. Loading Prohibited between 8.00 am and 9.30 am and between 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday Botwell Lane, the north side, between a point 1 metre north-west of the common boundary of Nos 10 and 12 Botwell Lane and a point opposite the common boundary of No. 19 and 21 Botwell Lane.; Loading Prohibited between 8.00 am and 9.30 am and betweeen 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday Botwell Lane, the south side, from a point 4 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos 9 and 11 Botwell Lane, northwestwards for a distance of 64 metres. 12 March 2003.
