SECTION 27 NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that all persons having any claim or demands upon or against the assets of the above-named Scheme, which is in the process of being wound up by the Trustees of the Scheme are hereby required to send written particulars of their claims by registered post to the Trustees at the address below, prior to 20 May 2003. Notice is hereby also given that after that date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the fund in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to such claims of which they shall have then have had notice, and that they will not be responsible for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person whose claim they shall not then have had notice. This notice concerns only those persons who have not received correspondence or notification of the winding-up from the Trustees of the Scheme. Those that have received correspondence or notification need not re-apply.
