At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Companies convened, and held at 150 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4EJ, on Monday 3 March 2003, at 10.45 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Companies be wound up voluntarily, and that the winding-up be a Members’ voluntary winding-up and that Richard William James Long, of Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1HH, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Companies for the purposes of such winding-ups, and that the Liquidator be at liberty to distribute any of the Companies’ assets in specie.” W G Boyd, Chairman
