At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of The Really Useful Shop Limited, duly convened, and held on 3 March 2003, at 11.30 am, the following Extraordinary Resolution was passed: “That it has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Roger Anthony Stanford Isaacs, of Milsted Langdon, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton TA1 2UH, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” M Lim, Chairman
