LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 on 5 March 2003, The Brien Life Interest Trust transferred to PIC Holdings Limited the entirety of its interest in PRICOA Private Capital Partners II (Co-Investment) LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP7654 and that with effect from 5 March 2003 The Brien Life Interest Trust ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
