Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset on 11 April 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively. The Meetings are respectively for the purposes of presenting a statement showing how the winding-up has been conducted to date and the Company’s property disposed of, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and confirming the Liquidator’s release from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged no later than 12.00 noon on 10 April 2003 with Fortune Peat, Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Poole, Dorset BH12 4NZ.
