In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 798 of 2003 In the Matter of BRENT COMPUTERS DISTRIBUTION LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 325 Neasden Lane, North London NW10 0AH, presented on 5 February 2003 by HM Customs and Excise of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor, NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 26 March 2003, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
