NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of South Essex Motorcycles Limited (No 03965432) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 14 January 2003, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by the lease dated 2 August 2000 and made between (1) Alldays Stores Limited and (2) the Company situated at Unit 1, 22 a -28 Southend Road, Grays, Thurrock, Essex, the vesting of the premises having come to her notice on 10 February 2003.
