NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER S.656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985 the Solicitor for the affairs of her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and the rights of U G H Heating Services Limited (No 0772803) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 when the Company was dissolved on 11 July 1995, pursuant to section 652 Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the freehold property situated to the north of Green Park Way, Stokenham, Devon, as the same is registered at Plymouth District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title Number DN12323 the vesting of the premises having come to her notice on 16 December 2002.
