Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a general Meeting of the above Company will be held at the offices of Deloitte & Touche, 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, on 8 April 2003 at 11.00 am, to consider and if thought fit pass the following Resolutions as an Ordinary Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution: “That the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account for the period of the Liquidation be approved and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.” A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
