Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Lawrence Woolfson Partnership, 1 Bentinck Street, London W1U 2ED, on Friday 11 April 2003, at 10.00 am to be followed at 10.15 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the Company’s property disposed of and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of directing the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
