JO’S TRAVEL DEALS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of Jo’s Travel Deals Limited will be held at Customs House, 9-10 Hampshire Terrace, Portsmouth PO1 2QF, on 7 April 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator, shall be disposed of. It is also intended that the Liquidator will be released from office at the conclusion of these Meetings. Any person entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged no later than 12.00 noon of the business day prior to the Meeting at the office of Phillip A Roberts, Customs House, 9-10 Hampshire Terrace, Portsmouth PO1 2QF.
