LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES) (CPZ C1) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2003/015
NOTICE OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Southwark on 7 March 2003 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49, and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and of all other powers thereunto. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to amend the London Borough of Southwark (Waiting Restrictions and Parking Places) (CPZ C1) (Amendment No 1) Order 2001/043 and amend the regulations contained within the Schedules attached to those Orders by the following additions: (a) Convert two permit parking bays to a motorcycle bay on the north side of Flat Iron Square in Union Street. 3. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 14 March 2003 and plans to which the Order relates can be inspected on Mondays to Fridays inclusive during normal office hours for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the notice was made at Southwark Regeneration and Environment Department, Council Offices, Chiltern House, Portland Street, London SE17 2ES. 4. Further information and a copy of the Order may be obtained from Heike Jewell at the above address (telephone 020 7525 5450). 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained therein on grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
