RICHMOND UPON THAMES WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200 
SCHOOL LANE, HAMPTON WICK

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce a double yellow line waiting restriction, “no waiting at any time”, for the full length of School Lane, Hampton Wick, excluding the length on the north-east side from a point opposite the north-western flank wall of No 8 School Lane north-westwards for a distance of 6 metres, which will become unrestricted. 3. Copies of the draft Order, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposal and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected at: (a) the Hampton Wick Library, Bennet Close, Hampton Wick KT1 4AT during opening hours; and (b) the Civic Centre (Second Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham, between 9.15 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays for a period of 21 days from the date of this notice. 4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Transport Planning Manager, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ, within 21 days of the date of this notice giving the grounds of their objection.
