THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (PARKING PLACES) (MEDIUM AND INTERMEDIATE TARIFF) (PAY AND DISPLAY) (AMENDMENT NO 24) ORDER 2003
CONSOLIDATION ORDERS

Notice is hereby given that on 7 March 2003 the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea made the above-named Orders, the general effect of which will be to consolidate without change in substance, certain existing pay and display parking places in Cadogan Gate, Exhibition Road and Kensington Place, all previously designated by The Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (High Tariff) (Pay and Display) Order 1999, or The Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Medium and Intermediate Tariff) (Pay and Display) Order 1999.
There will be no effect whatsoever on the existing on-street parking provision as a result of the above Orders being made.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 10 March and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in The Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX.

Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant Regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
