THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (PARKING PLACES) (RESIDENTS’ PARKING) (AMENDMENT NO 52) ORDER 2003
CONSOLIDATION ORDER

Notice is hereby given that on 7 March 2003, the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea made the above Order, the general effect of which will be to consolidate without change in substance, certain existing resident parking spaces in the streets listed in the Schedule below, previously designated by the provisions of The Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Residents’ Parking) Order 1999.
There will be no effect whatsoever on the existing on-street parking provision as a result of the above Order being made.
Copies of the Order which will come into operation on 10 March 2003 and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Order was made in The Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX.

Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
