NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL PLAN
SOUTH NORFOLK LOCAL PLAN

On 1 March 2003 South Norfolk District Council adopted this Plan with modifications. The adopted plan will form part of the development plan for the area of South Norfolk District Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.
Copies of the adopted plan are available for inspection at South Norfolk House, Swan Lane, Long Stratton, Norwich NR15 2XE, on Monday to Thursday, 8.45 am to 4.45 pm and Friday 8.45 am to 4.15 pm.
The documents are also available for inspection at the following locations (please check for opening hours):

The plan came into operation on 1 March 2003. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 7 March 2003, make application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
