Notice of Dividends

Notice is hereby given to the Creditors of the above-named Company that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend in the Liquidation of the above-named Company. Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at Deloitte & Touche, Blenheim House, Fitzalan Court, Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 0TS, up to 15 April 2003, quoting the name of the Company. If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the Dividend, which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date.
