Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a proxy, together with a statement of their debt, at the offices of DTE Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Services Limited, 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 8AF, not later than 12.00 noon on 20 March 2003.
