In the Mater of the Insolvency Rule 1986, Rule 4.106, I Sudhir Rishi, was appointed Liquidator of Pacestar Ltd, by the Secretary of State on 19 February 2003. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before Friday 11 April 2003, to send their forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of the debts or claims of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Sudhir Rishi, of 314 Regents Park Road, Finchley, London N3 2JX, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator, are personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution. In accordance with Rule 4.102(6) a Meeting of Contributories is convened for 10.30 am, on Monday 14 April 2003, and Creditors for the same day at 11.00 am, for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee. Resolutions may be passed at this Meeting with regard to the Liquidator’s remuneration and the costs of convening the Meeting and any other Resolutions which may be necessary.
