Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Mazars, Clifton Down House, Beaufort Buildings, Clifton, Bristol BS8 4AN, on 25 April 2003, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
