Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that on 4 March 2003, I, Peter O’Duffy, of IP Services Ltd, 9 Woodhill Road, Portishead, Bristol BS20 7EU, was appointed Liquidator of the above Company by the Shareholders, and was confirmed as such by the Creditors of the Company. All Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 30 April 2003, if they have not already done so, to send their full names and addresses, together with full particulars of their debts or claims, to me as Liquidator, in default of which they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are subsequently proved.
