(formerly known as No 1 Lawn Terrace Limited) A Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Joint Liquidators’ final report of the Liquidation; and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under section 173 of The Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens Corporate Recovery, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, on Wednesday 2 April 2003, at 10.10 am and 10.15 am respectively.
