A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on his administration of the Liquidation, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of he Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, on Wednesday 2 April 2003, at 10.00 am.
