Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens Corporate Recovery, Beaufort House, 94-96 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1PB, on Wednesday 9 April 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to Moore Stephens Corporate Recovery, Beaufort House, 94-96 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1PB, no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 8 April 2003.
