In the Bristol County Court  No 336 of 2001 NICHOLAS DANIEL PAYNE Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Bankrupt intends paying a Dividend to Creditors.
