TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The London Borough of Croydon acting in its capacity as a local Highway Authority hereby gives notice that an Order has been made, under section 247 of the above Act, entitled Stopping-up of Highways London Borough of Croydon Order TH 2415/2003, authorising the stopping-up of a part of the Priddy’s Yard, Croydon carriageway and an improvement to Priddy’s Yard by widening. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, or inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the London Borough of Croydon and deposited in the Highway Records Section (Room 15-15), Traffic Parking and Civil Engineering Division, Planning and Transportation Department, Taberner House, Croydon CR9 1JT. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provisions contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made there under has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 6 March 2003, apply to the High Court for the suspension of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
