THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 1998 (AMENDMENT    ) ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The effect of the Order would be to amend the 1998 Waiting and Loading Restriction Order so that parking of vehicles would be restricted as shown in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the proposed Order and of the Order being amended, the plans of the scheme and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environmental Services, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH, quoting Ref ADE(TP)/CC/T100/384 not later than 27 March 2003. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this notice may be open to public inspection. Schedule No Waiting At Any Time: Crown Lane, Bromley, the north side, (i) from a point 18.29 metres east of its junction with Bromley Common eastwards for a distance of 13.5 metres, the south side, (ii) from a point 25 metres east of its junction with Bromley Common eastwards for a distance of 100 metres. Westerham Road, Keston, the west side, from a point 40 metres south of the southern kerbline of Croydon Road, southwards for a distance of 48 metres. No Waiting Between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Saturdays: Rushley Close, Keston, the east to west arm, both sides, from the western kerbline of Westerham Road, westwards for a distance of 15 metres. Westerham Road, Keston, the west side, from a point 88 metres south of the southern kerbline of Croydon Road to a point 36 metres south of the southern kerbline of Rushley Close; the east side, from a point 45 metres south of the southern kerbline of Croydon Road, southwards to a point 7 metres south of a point opposite the southern kerbline of Rushley Close. No Waiting Between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays: Rushley Close, Keston, the east to west arm, (i) the south side, from a point 35 metres west of the western kerbline of Westerham Road, westwards for a distance of 4.9 metres, (ii) the north side, from a point 15 metres west of the western kerbline of Westerham Road to its junction with the south to north arm; the south to north arm, the whole of the west side; the north side, (i) from the western corner eastwards for a distance of 4.8 metres, (ii) from the eastern corner westwards for a distance of 3.5 metres; the east side, (i) from the northern corner southwards for a distance of 5.5 metres, (ii) from a point 11 metres south of the northern corner to its junction with the east to west arm.
