THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 1998 (AMENDMENT    ) ORDER 2003
WEST WICKHAM

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
The effect of the Order would be to amend the 1998 Waiting and Loading Restriction Order so that parking of vehicles would be restricted as shown in the Schedule to this notice.
A copy of the proposed Order and of the Order being amended, the plans of the scheme and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environmental Services, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH, quoting Ref ADE(TP)/CC/T100/386 not later than 27 March 2003.
Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this notice may be open to public inspection.

No Waiting At Any Time:

Grosvenor Road, West Wickham, the eastern arm, the east side, from the northern kerbline of Springfield Gardens northwards for a distance of 10 metres; the west side, from its junction with the northern kerbline of the southern arm of Grosvenor Road, northwards for a distance of 10 metres; the southern arm, the north side, (i) from its junction with the western kerbline of the eastern arm of Grosvenor Road, westwards for a distance of 5 metres, (ii) from its junction with the eastern kerbline of the western arm of Grosvenor Road, eastwards for a distance of 10 metres; the south side, from a point 1.5 metres west of the common boundary of Nos 37 and 39 eastwards for a distance of 15 metres; the western arm, both sides, from its junction with the northern kerbline of the southern arm of Grosvenor Road, northwards for a distance of 7 metres.

Springfield Gardens, West Wickham, the north side, from its junction with the eastern kerbline of the eastern arm of Grosvenor Road, eastwards for a distance of 5 metres.

No Waiting Between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Saturdays:

Grosvenor Road, West Wickham, the eastern arm, both sides, from a point 10 metres south of its junction with High Street to a point opposite the northern boundary of No 3 Grosvenor Road; the east side, from a point opposite the northern boundary of No 3 to a point 10 metres north of the junction with the northern kerbline of Springfield Gardens; the northern arm, the north side, (i) from its junction with Manor Road to a point 6.5 metres north of the common boundary of Nos 48-50 and 52-54 Grosvenor Road, the south side, (i) from its junction with Manor Road to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 48-50 and 52-54.
