THE ISLINGTON (PARKING PLACES) (NO 5) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003
RELATING TO: ARCHWAY CPZ

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Islington, on 6 March 2003, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
1. The general effect of the Islington (Parking Places) (No 5) Traffic Order 2003 will be to amend the The Islington (Parking Places) (No 2) Traffic Order 2003 so as to make residents or businesses of premises numbered 1-56 (consecutive) Holland Walk, 49-71 (odd) Scholefield Road and Ashbrook Road eligible for permits in the Archway Controlled Parking Zone.
2. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 7 March 2003, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the following location:

Transport and Design, 222 Upper Street, Islington, London N1 1YA.

3. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Transport and Design on 020 7527 2137.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
